Key Responsibilities
- Drive guest satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly and maintaining high service standards.
- Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the bar, food vendors, and staff.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with food vendors to maintain high-quality and diverse offerings.
- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring consistency in performance and professionalism.
- Oversee inventory, payroll, and operational costs to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align events and activities with the venue’s established brand.
- Maintain and refine policies and procedures that ensure safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
