We are now seeking a strategic and dynamic General Manager to develop initiatives from the ground up and effectively lead the company’s operations and growth.
Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, from daily operations to strategic planning. This individual will play a pivotal role in hiring, managing the team, driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The role combines leadership, business development, and operational management to ensure the long-term success of the startup.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability.
- Identify and secure partnerships with private aviation companies and charter flight operators.
- Oversee and coordinate accounting processes and all essential operations required to ensure the successful management of the business.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, sourcing, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Take responsibility not only for hiring and managing staff but also for providing hands-on support wherever needed, including tasks such as processing catering orders, packaging, deliveries, etc.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client needs and feedback, tailoring offerings to exceed expectations.
Menu and Service Coordination:
- Work closely with chefs to create innovative, high-quality menus that align with the company’s mission to redefine the culinary experience in private aviation.
- Oversee customization to meet diverse client preferences and dietary requirements.

- Proven experience in business development or operational leadership, ideally within the hospitality, aviation, or luxury sectors. Start-up experience is a strong asset.
