- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. Hire, train and develop team.
- Manage Payroll Budget and control expenses
- Train to the Brand standards and fully educate the team on strategies, focus items, promotions, cleanliness and execution.
- Implement business strategies within the store in collaboration with the guidance provided by 7-Eleven to ensure success.
- Drive Merchandising sets and planograms to maximize sales.
- Monitor Inventory by utilizing the tools set forth to always be in stock for our Customers and obtain an accurate audit.
- Adapt and flex in a fast paced environment.
- Work a flexible and full time schedule that includes Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays.
- Interpret Reporting Data to make the best decisions for the store.
- Identify underperforming metrics and generate strategic solutions to maximize Customer Satisfaction and Profitability.
- Drive the Fresh Food Program through operational excellence in a profitable manner.
- Model a culture of open and honest communication.
- Daily ordering of each category via our State of the Art Retail Inventory system.
- Daily Cash Reporting, Lottery Reconciliation and Banking
