Dickson Roofing is seeking a Roofing General Manager to support our growth as Southwest Florida’s premier roofing contractor.

As the General Manager for Dickson Roofing, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. This includes managing day-to-day operations, generating sales, driving strategic growth, ensuring high standards of customer service and leading a team of professionals both in the office and in the field. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the company's profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality in roofing services.

Job Responsibilities:

· Overall operational management from sales through turnover.

· Responsible for overall business and workflow scheduling.

· Interact with and support field operations team.

· Participate with and support sales team with estimating and project management activities.

· Analyze and implement improvement of field operations with team.

· Financial analysis at the company level with the intention of improving the estimating/pricing process as well as the purchasing process.

· Conduct jobsite visits with the sales team to properly scope and price jobs.

· Conduct jobsite visits to understand progress and verify that the scope of work and quality expectations are being met.

· Successfully communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

· Further develop and implement standard operating procedures for the sales, estimating, project management, operations and administration aspects of the business.

· Responsible for the successful leadership of the operations and office management teams.

· You thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, allowing one to manage complex interrelationships between customers, subcontractors, and Dickson personnel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment while providing a high level of customer satisfaction, delivering a high-end product, and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
Strong ability to read construction plans and shop drawings.
Proficiency with EagleView, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the roofing industry: 10 Years (Preferred)
