This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager in the Restoration Field. We are currently only accepting applicants with a minimum of 2 years of insurance restoration related experience, candidates must also hold at least one IICRC certification. The Department Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate restoration projects, manage team members, and ensure quality restoration services are delivered timely and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Department as they perform the following duties:
-Inventory
-Contents cleaning
-Pack in/pack-outs
-Cleaning of damaged structures
- Analyze profit margins
- Best represent company by being punctual and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Xactimate knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in water, fire, smoke damage restoration
- Knowledge of mold remediation and storm damage restoration processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification in restoration and remediation (IIRC, NIDR, etc.)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
