America's Floor Source Company, one of the nation's largest flooring companies, is seeking full-time sales manager for our Multi-Family / Property Management division at our Indianapolis, Indiana location. 5+ years Flooring experience is mandatory. Strong communication, account management and sales skills are essential.
Applicants must possess a positive and energetic attitude and exceptional customer service and communication skills. Must be extremely detailed and have the ability to meet or exceed customers' expectations. Must have a professional demeanor and ability to present yourself well to the public.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, training, coaching and managing sales representatives
- Ability to demonstrate our products to prospective customers and close sales
- Responsibility for contributing to the profitability and operational efficiency of the division
- Knowledge of measuring and estimating
- Well-versed in Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new computer system applications
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- First-rate verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Solid math skills
- Knowledge of flooring products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
