This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager in the Restoration Field. We are currently only accepting applicants with a minimum of 2 years of insurance restoration related experience, candidates must also hold at least one IICRC certification. The Department Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate restoration projects, manage team members, and ensure quality restoration services are delivered timely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Lead Department as they perform the following duties:

-Inventory
-Contents cleaning
-Pack in/pack-outs
-Cleaning of damaged structures

Analyze profit margins
Best represent company by being punctual and maintaining a professional appearance.
Communicate with staff and customers in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Xactimate knowledge
Valid Driver’s License
Acceptable Driving Record
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in water, fire, smoke damage restoration
Knowledge of mold remediation and storm damage restoration processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Certification in restoration and remediation (IIRC, NIDR, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
