Overview
The Manager of Sales at Indy Roof & Restoration is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales team's performance to achieve consistent, repeatable success. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional sales results, continuously developing the skills and effectiveness of the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive and intentional company culture.
Duties
· Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to maximize their potential.
· Conduct regular one on one’s, and team huddles providing constructive feedback and coaching.
· Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best through positive reinforcement and goal setting.
· Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales submitted by the team.
· Hold team members accountable to Indy Roof & Restoration’s processes and policies.
· Proactively communicate with Leader to align on cross-functional matters and resolve issues efficiently.
· Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
· Hold team members accountable to expectations and performance metrics.
· Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of company standards.
· Complete all other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by leadership.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in retail management or a similar sales environment. Key skills that will contribute to success in this role include:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
· Minimum of 2 year’s experience leading others.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
· Able to use MS suite

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
