Looking for a "General Manager" that loves the fitness industry! This position involves creating a great marketing plan, reaching out in the community, as well as building the brand of L. A. Fitness. You will be in charge of recruiting, hiring, training and developing a phenomenal sales team! Fitness membership sales must be your passion, as well as being a total club operator. Problem solving, innovative marketing strategies and leadership characteristics are crucial to this position. You must be able to hit, achieve and supersede membership count goals as well as run a clean and friendly location. Immediate positions available and future opportunities are available. Also, needs 1 year of health club experience.
