Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team.

Responsibilities:

Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.
Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty
Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management.
Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
