Job Summary:
The HVAC General Manager oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all services, projects, and maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This role involves managing staff, budgeting, and developing business strategies to enhance company performance, growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of HVAC service, installation, and maintenance teams.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise HVAC technicians and support staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and resolution of issues.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Requirements:
Proven experience in management or a similar role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Experience with Nexstar and Service Titan is a MUST.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional travel to job sites or client locations.
May involve working outside normal business hours to address urgent issues or meet project deadlines
Compensation:
In addition to base salary there is monthly and quarterly bonuses for achieving company objectives and certain KPI’s
