We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales / General Manager to lead Proslat’s presence in the Dallas marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, preferably in the home renovation industry. With a proven track record of driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. Renumeration is based on a strong base salary plus generous profit sharing.
Candidates with experience running their own business is an advantage.
1. Sales:
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Advise: Counsel customers through their purchase decision, offering expert advice, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that best fit their needs.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for market development, including potential expansion into new customer segments.
2. Operations:
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Field Service: Implement and manage field service management processes to ensure efficient delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Quotations: Provide accurate and timely estimates to clients, considering factors such as labor, materials, and potential additional costs.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
3. Customer Experience:
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee store layout, displays, and product placement.
4. Financial Management:
- Budgeting: Create and manage budgets for the store.
- Profitability: Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.
5. Compliance:
- Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.

- Profit Sharing: You will be eligible for profit sharing based on the store’s net earnings. Profit sharing will be calculated annually at 24% of the net earnings. You will have authority to freely distribute this amount amongst yourself and your staff.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
