Kubota of Dallas is growing and has a need for a bilingual General Sales Manager who has the desire to grow with our company!
As a Kubota dealer we sell, service, and rent construction and turf equipment in the DFW metro area. Kubota is the #1 compact construction brand in the United States and we are aiming to be the #1 compact construction dealer in DFW.
We’re looking for an experienced retail sales professional who can lead a team of salespeople to be the best dealer in DFW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales representatives, hitting market share targets and driving gross profit.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track individual and team performance.
- Drive new avenues of sales beyond traditional leads
- Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and product availability to meet customer demand.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, automotive, retail management, or F&I is preferred.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Machinery knowledge
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Pre-employment drug screening required

Saturday: 8 am - Noon
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
