Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage staff, optimize revenue, and maintain high standards of hospitality. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel while fostering a positive environment for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Oversee revenue management processes to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve operational goals.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain a positive experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Marriott and Extended Stay experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of front desk operations and guest services protocols.
- Experience in revenue management strategies that drive profitability.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
