Job Title: Senior Manager is a multi-site position responsible for all aspects of the locations they oversee. Senior Managers' focus is the development of their locations and management teams. The primary goal is to become The Operations Manager
Job Summary/Objective:
Senior Managers' task is to keep their teams motivated, supply great customer service, and ensure the operational and organizational standards are met. The ideal Senior Manager can improve customer satisfaction and achieve goals that have been set. In addition to being an excellent communicator.
Ensure deposits are made on Mondays and Fridays. Also, the 1st of the month
Communicate Maintenace issues with the maintenance manager that goes above the store level.
Train store managers to control chemical usage by dialing in the Versadials to achieve the cleanest, shiniest dry car possible
DRB/Sonny’s/Micrologic expert (ready to handle wash issues and get them resolved quickly)
Able to help other senior managers with issues to help decrease workload
Praise employees, give redirects, and delegate tasks to their teams
Ensure cameras are clear and online each day
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing up to 5 locations
Ensuring their store managers are scheduling to reflect high car/mhrs
Prioritize tasks based on importance
Motivating store managers
Ensure vehicles are not being pulled through the tunnel by the front tire
Ensuring operational efficiency
Maintaining consistent customer service standards for their locations
Complete bi-weekly store inspections
Ensure bonuses are completed and correct
Meeting with your team once a week to go over problems and achievements
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Supervising up to 25 employees (based on 5 locations with 5 employees per location)
Familiarity with safety regulations
Inventory management
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic maintenance
Strong computer skills
Reporting Structure: Senior Managers will report directly to their operations manager and Director of Operations. You will work closely with them to achieve your goals.
