Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage the office schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Develop and maintain office procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and participate in training and development programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in the management of office projects and initiatives, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain office systems, including phone systems and calendar management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Experience with phone systems and calendar management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Clerical and scheduling management experience is an asset.
- A strong understanding of office operations and procedures is essential.
