Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating HVAC projects, ensuring timelines align with overall construction schedules.
- Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of project milestones, changes, and on-site issues.
- Scheduling Support: Help manage installation schedules to avoid delays in construction timelines.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout project phases.
- Team Support: Provide support and training for junior team members as needed.
- Material Coordination: Assist in managing delivery and inventory of necessary HVAC components for each project phase.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in HVAC project management or a related field.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, installation processes, and local building codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
