Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Train and mentor team members on technical skills and customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC management or a related field.
- Strong background in account management and technology sales within the HVAC market.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC systems are a plus.

Pay: $76,354.00 - $81,254.00 per year
