Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can elevate our online presence through strategic content creation, with a strong focus on video production. This role will involve managing our company’s Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels to engage current and potential customers while upholding our brand's values.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create engaging video content, from conceptualization to filming and editing, showcasing our HVAC services and customer success stories.
Manage the content calendar and schedule regular posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to build a positive online community.
Analyze social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company campaigns and goals.
Stay updated on trends in social media, video production, and the HVAC industry to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong skills in video production and editing (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Demonstrated success in managing and growing Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics).

Preferred:

Background in the HVAC industry or similar technical services.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
