What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams on service projects
- Assign work based on skill level and project needs
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to technicians
- Oversee service calls, repairs, and installations
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to maximize efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, including sump pumps, snaking, jetting, and electrical components
- Handle client interactions, conflict resolution, and project coordination
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Leadership background (flexible on capacity and duration)
- Expertise in snaking, camera work, and jetting
- Experience with sump pumps and electrical work (any level is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for long hours and some weekends
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (company conducts internal screenings)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
