Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Property management as a maintenance supervisor, facilities management, and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize logic controllers, CMMS, and other tools to optimize maintenance processes
-HVAC certified, handle HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and mechanical equipment efficiently
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, logic controllers, and mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a maintenance team
- Ability to troubleshoot using a voltmeter
