Our AMAZING apartment community in Mesa, AZ seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor with 3+ years of experience. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, general maintenance
- Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience preferred
- Previous maintenance experience required; prior multi-family maintenance experience preferred
- High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
- EPA/HVAC Certification
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus plan. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Now is the time to start a career with a great team!!
