We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a solid mechanical background to ensure the upkeep of our equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed
- Budget Management
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee facility repairs and improvements
- Maintain the curb appeal of the community
- Schedule and manage on call's
- Appropriate distribustion of work orders
- Time managment skills
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a maintenance team
- 3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work with a team to meet the goals of the property
- HVAC Certification Required
- CPO Certification
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge including low voltage, schematics, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance
- Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
