Join our team as a Facilities & Construction Manager and play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants maintain exceptional operational standards. This position oversees the construction of new locations, renovations, and the ongoing maintenance of facilities across all brands. You will collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Construction Management
- Oversee all aspects of new restaurant builds, remodels, and renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to create and execute project plans.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality outcomes.
- Manage permitting processes and compliance with local codes and regulations.
Facilities Management
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and functionality of facilities.
- Coordinate and manage emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards across all locations.
- Track and report on facility-related expenses and budgets.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Partner with operations teams to prioritize maintenance and construction needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel or external partners to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Develop and manage budgets for construction and facilities maintenance projects.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, expenses, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of warranties, service agreements, and project documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and facilities management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and facilities maintenance best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Willingness to travel as required across our operational regions.
