At HEC, we specialize in keeping industries moving, as a leading provider of industrial equipment and preventative maintenance solutions, we’re looking for a Branch Manager with a strong background and knowledge in servicing electrical and mechanical equipment to lead our Bedford, Ohio branch to new heights.
As the Branch Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee branch operations, guide a team of talented technicians and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Responsibilities would include:
· The Manager will be directly involved and oversee project quoting, installation, and equipment repair. Previous knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, and rental construction would be beneficial.
· This is a leadership position that will manage the team, taking incoming technical sales, service, and rental calls.
· Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with quality service.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record history.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.
· Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
