Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the Jobsites to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols, emergency response, and accident prevention
- Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training sessions, and inspections
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
Experience:
- Proven experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong report writing skills for documenting incidents, investigations, and safety procedures
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
- Understanding of occupational health principles and practices
- Ability to fabricate solutions for safety equipment or hazard mitigation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
