Real Ceilings is a Commercial Construction Licensed General Contractor that provides the installation of acoustical ceilings and fabric wall panels in schools, hospitals, performing arts theaters, etc. We are located in the Tampa Bay & Fort Myers regions. Position: Branch Manager

Job Type: Monday – Friday, 7 am- 4 pm

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/Annual

Responsibilities: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, which includes the recruitment, training, and management of Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, Operations, and Installation personnel for an area encompassing the greater Fort Myers area which is loosely described as South of State Road 72 and West of State Road(s) 27/29. The ideal candidate should be able to perform any of these functions in the event one or more is not fulfilled at any given time.

This is a senior-level management position with the opportunity for development & growth. We are willing to train you and give you the experience you need!

Job Duties

· Serve as the point of contact for all potential, existing, and previous customers.

· Serve as the point of contact for all project inquiries both internally & externally.

· Serve as the point of contact for all potential, existing, and previous material vendors.

· Manage and Maintain Sales Staff using KPI’s with Annual Benchmarks distributed by Parent Company.

· Manage and Maintain Project Management Team for Project Completion according to Parent Company Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures.

· Manage and Maintain a balanced Work Force for optimized installation of products and services.

· Manage and Maintain an Apprentice Program for continuous improvement of skills/quality according to Parent Company Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures.

· Review, Execute, and Manage Contracts issued by Customers according to Parent Company Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures.

Experience & Job Qualifications:

· 5 – 10 Years of Construction Experience in the Drywall or Acoustical Ceiling Industry

· High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

· Experience in Project Management for major construction projects.

· Experience with Project Management software (Plexxis, Project Hub, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word & Excel)

· Ability to learn & willingness to Ask Questions

· Positive attitude & strong work ethic

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Demonstrates professional verbal & non-verbal communication
