Key responsibilities include:
- Set company performance targets and manage the team to meet those targets.
- Provide leadership to each department of the company: HVAC Field Operations, Plumbing Field Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Admin.
- Create and manage operations reports that clearly show company’s performance as related to performance targets.
- Operate in a manner consistent with company values such that you are the role model and clear demonstration of what we stand for.
- Meet with the owner on a monthly and/or quarterly basis to share about company performance, strategy, and deal with any issues regarding underperformance.

Compensation:
$85,000-$120,000 annual base salary plus performance bonuses
