Responsibilities:

Ignite a culture of performance excellence to supercharge employment growth.
Drive sales in the Electrical department like a boss by empowering and training our field technicians.
Keep operations humming with flawless invoice completion, inventory control, safety vigilance, and accurate reporting.
Spark innovation by coaching electricians to boost average ticket sales, closing rates, and monthly truck revenue.
Be the conductor of continuous product and sales training – because knowledge is power!
Light up lead generation initiatives to keep our pipeline buzzing.

Qualifications:

Generac Home Depot Certification or Experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent – because you've got the spark!
Deep knowledge of Electrical systems – you're the electric whisperer.
Extensive understanding of local codes and industry standards – because compliance is your middle name.
Excellent leadership skills with a team mentality to elevate productivity and set standards ablaze.
Ability to spark business growth in both private and public sectors – you're the ultimate business igniter.
Background in RFIs, cost estimates, negotiating, and blueprint reading – you're fluent in the language of sparks.
Proficiency in branch circuiting layout, contract documents, and specifications – you're the master of the electric blueprint.
