Work hours: Varies depending on the work load. Available 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week for technicians.
Requirements:
A great attitude, a desire to succeed, strong sales skillsl, strong leadership, multitasking capable. Ability to sell equipment and work with a sense of urgency.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 5 to 6 technicians in regards to service, sales and installation of residential hvac equipment within our processes.
Reports to: Owner
Daily Duties:
1) Review Tech and company performance through service tracker.
2) Review calls from day before for accuracy in execution.
3) Communicate with each technician.
4) Continually follow processes.
5) Communicate with dispatch for installs and paperwork.
6) Assist installation department as needed.
7) Assist service department as needed.
8) Keep office updated on progress of the day
9) Follow up calls to customers and resolve customer issues within 24 hrs.
10) Operate with a sense of urgency
11) Follow up with customers after installations. Make sure money is collected.
12) Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
