Exciting opportunity for the right person! We are seeking an outgoing and personable Service Manager for our state of the art automotive repair and tire shop located on Gandy Blvd in South Tampa. We are using Mitchell1 system for the shop POS. We have all of the shop tools, lifts and equipment to get the job done right with very hard working honest technicians. We recently just added an additional 4 new lifts with a frame machine. Over 42,000 cars a day pass by this location. The person we hire will be responsible for running the shop on a daily basis, communicating with the customer, ordering parts, managing the work flow and technicians with the help of another service advisor. Experience in the industry is a MUST. You need to be proactive and be able to multitask, also looking for someone who does not need to be micromanaged. A great personality and the ability to sell recommended services and repairs and set clear expectations with customers is a must.. You'll be dealing directly with the public, so a bright, exciting attitude is what we're seeking. Honesty is also very important. We are looking for repeat customers. We want customers who will be with us for many years and refer all of their friends and family. The position is extremely fast paced. We have a fantastic work atmosphere here with great attitudes and are looking to add to that. We are Currently in the process of building a brand new Shop at a new location, so there are and will be a great amount of opportunity to advance within.
