Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Family Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems in residential apartment buildings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive reliable and efficient plumbing services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on pipes, fixtures, faucets, toilers, water heaters, and drainage systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies promptly, including burst pipes, leaks clogs and other urgent situations.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and expertise to achieve warranty department goals.
- Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualficiations:
- High school diploma or equivalent: completion of plumbing training program or equivalent.
- Valid Plumbing license/ certification preferred.
- Proven experience as plumbing service technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work on-call shift for emergency repairs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
