Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. This role involves working in various environments, ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
- Drive company van to job sites as required, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, air conditioning units, and appliance repair techniques.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for van driving responsibilities.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $34.17 - $38.08 per hour
