Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and effectively troubleshoot various HVAC issues.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heaters, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build HVAC systems tailored to specific client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all tasks.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in appliance repair and equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in designing HVAC systems based on client specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
