What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Installer Apprentice/Helper, you’ll:
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are efficient and accurate.
- Build strong customer rapport by delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
- Help stage job sites and adhere to quality standards for flawless installations.
- Maintain organized job sites and inventory for smooth, efficient operations.
- Learn and grow through hands-on training and formal exercises to sharpen your skills.
- Handle paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Two years of HVAC experience (preferred) performing installations and ductwork.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with installation and venting codes.
- Personality: Outgoing, motivated, and goal-driven with a passion for teamwork.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to personal growth.
- Requirements:
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Trade school or Apprentice License a plus.
- EPA Type II Certification (preferred).
