Customer Service Trainee Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with subscribers to provide a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by AT&T
- Build strong relationships with consumers to increase brand loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends or room for improvement, and deliver results to Senior Management
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and new products to stay ahead of our competitors
- Follow up with current and former customers to gather feedback and upgrade products or services when appropriate
Customer Service Trainee Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field
- Possesses a customer-centric mentality and is excited to interact with people
- Comfortable learning to use sales software and POS systems
- Displays an interest in wireless solutions and technological innovations
- Able to reliably commute to our onsite Austin office
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
