We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, located in Austin,TX. Four Seasons is one of the largest manufacturers of sunrooms, screen enclosures, and greenhouses and solutions for outdoor living spaces. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building product’s needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders, answering phone calls, and responding to emails regarding order inquiries and status updates. You will also work closely with various teams to resolve order issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Breakdown customer orders and input them into the ERP system (Syteline).
- Communicate openly with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Provide solutions to customer problems and support office operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly processes.
- Stay updated on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending departmental and company meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Office is required.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or related position involving issue resolution is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with sales or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with excellent communication abilities for customer interaction.
