Job Summary:
As our Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our dog training services. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with potential clients to promote and sell our training programs. You will communicate the unique value propositions of our company, showcase our expertise, and build strong relationships with clients to drive conversions and achieve sales targets. Additional duties will include supporting the office in speaking with new leads, scheduling sales consultations, and other administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our dog training programs, methodologies, and offerings.
- Conduct consultations and sales presentations to potential clients to educate them about our services and address their specific training needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing new client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Contact new leads and educate them about our programs and services to schedule sales appointments
- Complete scheduling of programs for new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and vets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Experience in the pet industry or dog training sector is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele and build strong relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.
- Passion and love of dogs is a must!
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work weekends or evenings as necessary to accommodate client schedules.
