As a Customer Service Representative at Just Right Lawns, you will be at the forefront of our company, ensuring that our customers and field team receive the highest level of service and support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance throughout the customer journey. This position requires excellent communication skills in sharing the value of our services, strong connection through a customers onboarding experience, empathy while providing solutions, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and current customers via phone, email, or live chat to address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. (this is not a remote position)
- Provide quotes, communicate product/service information, onboarding new customers, answer questions, and effectively offer solutions to meet customers' needs through phone, chat and email
- Confidently explaining the Value of the services offered and closing leads.
- Meet conversion metrics individually and as a team
- Enter customer information into the system, create clear notes on accounts and schedule service.
- Perform daily tasks such as processing payments, collection calls and other tasks as assigned.
- Investigate damage claims and research customer concerns to provide best solution.
- Liaison between team members in the field and customers
- Conducting Happy Calls: recognizing teams for efficient performance and positive customer reviews
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of recent call center experience in an office environment
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Strong experience with closing leads
- Empathetic, patient, and able to remain composed when dealing with challenging situations
- Computer savvy
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change as we grow.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with relevant internal teams to expedite solutions for complex customer cases
- Customer focused attitude with genuine passion for assisting and helping others
- Must have strong punctuality and attendance history
- Available to work a set schedule of Mon.-Fri. 10am-3pm
Experience Required:
- 2 years of proven and recent experience in an in office Call Center environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute while on a customer call
- Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in utilizing Google Docs
- Strong and proven experience with sales and lead conversion rate
Physical Requirements:
- All work is performed in an office environment
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing on keyboard, making and answering calls and looking at multiple computer screens
- Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
