Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and bidding on HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing projects for commercial and multi-family properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate bids and estimates for HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop project estimates
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Provide technical support and guidance on project-related issues
- Monitor project costs and progress throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Estimator in the HVAC industry
- Experience with Fire Suppression, Commercial, Multi Family, HVAC, Sprinkler, and Plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience Working in Occupied Environments is a Huge Plus
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
