This is a dynamic role for someone who understands the nuances of insulation and weatherization, and has knowledge and understanding of a house operating as a system. Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team to meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.Mechanical Maintenance: Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.Energy Auditing & Weatherization: Apply your expertise in energy assessment and weatherization to enhance project efficiency and performance.Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve issues on-site and adapt plans to maintain productivity.Qualifications:Proven Experience in insulation and weatherization.Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in fixing and maintaining equipment.Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing projects and motivating a team to meet deadlines Problem-solving skills: You should be able to identify issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
