Position Summary:
The role of the Branch Administrator will be to provide clerical support to the Managers with processing the billing, creating purchase orders, and preparing quotes for new customers. This is a versatile position that will have a variety of clerical duties and will require you to be service oriented and flexible. The work load can fluctuate based on the seasons and will require a high level of communication skills and excellent organizational skills. A few key responsibilities:
- Assist with processing billing
- Enter proposals/quotes, work orders, and customer updates
- Use proprietary system to enter data, including use of MS Office
- Create purchase orders
What you need to have:
- At least 3 years of clerical/billing experience in the HVAC / Refrigeration industry, or similar trades
- Be a service minded, customer focused individual
- Be an independent thinker, and critical problem solver
- Strong eye for detail and numbers oriented
