Your Role as Plumbing Installation Manager

As a leader at Bonfe, you’ll:

Guide and coach the Plumbing Installation team to meet and exceed quality standards.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and L10 sessions, ensuring open communication and continuous feedback.
Leverage the Service Titan platform for seamless operations and team efficiency.
Develop and monitor quality assurance benchmarks, implementing strategies to maintain excellence.
Collaborate across departments, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined workflow.
Train and track the development of apprentices, fostering the next generation of skilled professionals.
Actively engage in onsite training with apprentices during key opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Expertise:
4+ years of proven experience in the Plumbing industry.
MN State-issued Journeyman or Master license Required

MPLS/ST PAUL Comp cards preferred.
Familiarity with plumbing codes, best practices, and industry standards.
Leadership Skills:
A track record of team development and quality assurance.
Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Service Titan or a demonstrated ability to quickly master software tools.
