- Coordinate schedules between our workers and clients
- Communicate effectively with our workers and clients to ensure smooth schedules
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Input and maintain accurate data in system for chain operations
## Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatching and customer service
- Familiarity with technology and different applications / social media
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
