Your Role
As a Dispatch Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our customer service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound service calls for residential heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
- Scheduling and prioritizing service calls, dispatching technicians to customer sites efficiently.
- Providing timely and professional confirmation of service arrival times to customers.
- Collaborating with technicians to ensure they have the accurate information needed for high-quality, efficient work.
- Rescheduling and reassigning calls to accommodate urgent or high-priority needs.
- Following up with customers to update them on ongoing work and gather feedback.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $22-$24 per hour.
Schedule
- Opening shift: 7 AM - 4 PM.
- Closing shift: 9 AM - 6 PM (during summer months closing shifts from 11 AM - 8 PM).
- This position includes a weekend on-call rotation, 1 weekend every 3-4 weeks, and opportunities for overtime during the summer.
