We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to spearhead our service operations in Indianapolis. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be in the field, supporting your team, ensuring top-quality service, and helping to price and oversee unit replacements. If you’ve got a decade plus of HVAC experience, have worked on commercial and light industrial systems (rooftop units, refrigeration, commercial kitchens, and more), and have what it takes to lead a growing team, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Leading and building our commercial HVAC service team from the ground up.
●Handling a mix of light refrigeration, commercial AC, and small industrial systems
(bonus if you’ve touched boilers and chillers).
●Managing service work for commercial properties in Indianapolis and surrounding
areas
●Pricing and overseeing unit replacements while keeping service operations running
smoothly.
●Figuring out an on-call rotation as the team expands—until we’re fully staffed, you’ll
need to be all-in.
●Working closely with journeymen, site supers, and sheet metal helpers to ensure
seamless job execution.
●Bringing leadership, mentorship, and hands-on expertise to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
●10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience (service tech background is a
must).
●A proven leader—someone who can attract talent, take care of customers and get
the jobs without a ton of direction.
●Located in or willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN.
●Strong knowledge of commercial rooftop units, refrigeration, and commercial
kitchen equipment (boilers and chillers experience is a plus but not required).
●Willing to be in the field, leading by example, not just pushing paper from behind a
desk.
