Lingo Staffing is now hiring Dispatch Operators in the Austin, TX area.
Dispatch Operators will be responsible for dispatching calls for roadside assistance. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. We need team players who are reliable, flexible, can work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to communicate effectively and professionally on the job. Multi-tasking, basic computer skills and proper phone etiquette required.
Payrate: $16.00 hourly
Scheduled: Must be able to work any hours in between 8a-10p
Job Responsibilities
- Answering and dispatching high volume roadside service calls.
- Enter accurate information into our dispatching application.
- Communicating with drivers via phone.
- Communicating with roadside service members and vendors.
