Top-notch candidates will be able to offer mechanical solutions for existing customer base as well as pursue new customers through in-house leads and networking opportunities.
Candidates need to have extensive industry knowledge in commercial HVAC including industrial pipe work, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, etc.
Must have knowledge of building systems to the extent that they can speak conversationally about a customer’s needs, so that information can be shared with project managers when needed and be well-understood.
Knowledge of material and labor costs and requirements will be instrumental in effectively creating proposals.
This careered individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should be able to work well in a fast paced fun energetic group.
