ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Within the first 30 days:
- Learns all product and services so by 30 days he/she can act as a valuable resource for all clients
- Trains on how to accurately and efficiently diagnose conversion vehicle service or repair-related issues based on customer’s description of the problem
- Documents repairs performed on each vehicle from diagnosis to service
Within the first 60 days and ongoing:
- Shows good mechanical knowledge and determines best course of action to repair or resolve the problem and meet customer’s needs
- Maintains a comprehensive conversion-vehicle knowledge base and stay current with frequent changes and advancements to better service the vehicles
- Constant willingness to complete the jobs and works well with clients
Within the first 90 days and ongoing:
- Continues establishing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current clients
- Fully understands how the store works and thoroughly supports everything expected in the role
- Completes jobs within time frames and willing to help team
Within the first 6 months and ongoing:
- Executes basic installation of platform lifts and docking station for power chair Q-Lock within set time frames
- Completes paperwork proficiently and correctly
- Able to instruct, explain and teach clients use of the equipment
- Takes on any necessary ad hoc technician projects assigned by Service Manager or General Manager
Education, Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma/GED is preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Basic automotive experience or certificate of completion in basic automotive technology, or similar certification preferred
- Must have your own tools
- Electrical experience, fabricating and welding a plus.
- ASE preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Automotive electrical systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- Automotive diagnostics: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)

- Chandler, AZ 85286: Relocate before starting work (Required)
