MCI Elevator & Lifts recently expanded into Arizona (in business in Washington State since 1996) and we are growing! We are seeking a full-time Elevator Lead Installer/Technician. Job duties include installation of variety of equipment to include: residential elevators, wheelchair lifts and stair lifts. Also will handle service calls and the repair of accessiblity equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic and electrical components.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations during installations.
- Maintain organized records of service reports and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years elevator trade experience
- Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner
- Self-starter with good organizational skills
- Positive working attitude
- Ability to work as a team
- Dependable, good attendance record
- Must be reliable, honest & trustworthy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read basic drawings and electrical schematics
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
Requirements:
- Current driver's license with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass background check
- Occasional out of town travel will be required as we cover the State of Arizona
