The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the full management of the community; managing all aspects from team leadership, vendor management, preventative maintenance of the building as a whole, and enhancing the life of all who live here. The primary role of the GM is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals and visions for the community. The GM is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
The GM must be a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
Compensation: Up to $100K DOE.
